Dr Naheed Farooque attained her Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (B.A.M.S) degree from JB Roy State Ayurvedic College and Hospital, India. This is a 6 Years degree course which covers all the aspects of basic & advanced Ayurvedic Medication, Therapeutic Treatments, Yoga and Diet consultation. Dr Naheed is an award winning student, having earned various acclaims and accolades in the field of Ayurvedic Study.
Dr Naheed received a Gold Medal in Dravyaguna (Ayurvedic Pharmacology), from the Indian Pharmocological Society.
Dr Naheed has more than 4 years of experience in General Ayurvedic Practice with Specialization in Anxiety, Diet & Lifestyle Modification, Insomnia, Skin Disorder and Women's Health Management.
An Ayurveda consultation offers you the chance to learn more about the nature of your mind/body and how to promote good health and prevent disease. Consultation include recommendations for diet, digestion, herbal food supplements, exercise, daily and seasonal routines and general guidelines for good health based on your individual physiology.
